About LifePlanning
The purpose of our program is to provide aging parents and siblings of adult children with disabilities an opportunity to meet with representatives of community organizations serving people with special needs, to learn about the most current resources and options available to help plan for and make life decisions for adults with disabilities.

The LifePlanning program offers five seminars specifically designed to provide parents and families with the resources and information needed to make life decisions for their adult child with a disability.
Family Consultation and Support
Along with the educational component of the seminars, participants are given the opportunity to meet one on one with a family consultant who will work with each family to help with individual future planning needs. Family members will also have an opportunity to participate in a family support group to discuss specific barriers to planning in a safe and supported environment.
