Director of Volunteer Leadership Development
Time at AJFCS: 2 Years
I am part of the AJFCS/LJRFS because I feel very connected to the community and very proud of the work AJFCS does. Volunteers make such a great impact on the agency and community as a whole. It is a pleasure to be involved with an incredible group of volunteers making a difference in the lives of so many.
Before Traci Pincourt Braun joined the Alpert Jewish Family & Children's Service team, she was active for many years in the agency's mentoring program as a volunteer. She was so pleased with this experience that she joined the staff in January 2014 as Director of Volunteer Leadership Development. Her primary responsibility is to engage volunteers on behalf of the agency, a task which is made easier by the wide and diverse volunteer opportunities which are available. In addition, she also plays an increasing role in fundraising on behalf of the agency.
Traci grew up in Palm Beach and has lived in the area her entire life. Both her parents and children live in the area as well. She is married to Keith, a local attorney, who also serves on the agency's board. Traci feels a strong connection to the local community and has served on the board of Temple Israel and Arthur I. Meyer Jewish Academy.
She is passionate about the good work performed by the agency and looks forward to many years of service at the agency.
